shipping cost
Like every parent we are anxious when our little creations have to get ready to leave on a big trip to reach you. This is why we try to accommodate a nice and comfortable post package for the journey. Be aware that we are not making any profit on the shipping cost that will be added to the cost of the item you purchase. The amount will depend on the destination and the volume of the parcel. For all orders above £ 80, postage is free wherever you are. A signature will be requested upon delivery, this is to make sure the product reaches you and only you.

All the little friends and objects you can find in Somethings Shop are produced in a semi-industrial way, this means we could not have in stock already all your order and your package could be slightly delayed. In this case you will be informed via email of any inconvenience.
products quality and safety information
Our products are partially handmade, any little imperfection is a beauty mark that make each piece unique. For safety, we don't recommend the use of our jewels for children, because of little parts that could cause harm. The soft toys we design are for people all ages, especially grown ups, and for children above 5 years old, under supervision. We are putting care and craft in all our products in the best way, and with passion, we hope you will treat our little friends with the same love. It is not advised to wash our soft toys in a washing machine, but to clean the surface gently with soap and water only, if needed.
return conditions
We trust you will be happy with our products, however, if that is not the case, we are happy to replace the item you are not satisfied with, with another one of the same model, on the condition you return yours at your own cost, in the same parcel we used for shipping, and explaining your reason at this address shop@thesmthslab.com.
